Return Policy

Microserial LTD strives to provide our customers with excellent assistance and to provide them with fair return services. To ensure our customers are satisfied with the product(s) they order, we offer a 180 day product guarantee. Within 180 days of delivery, Microserial LTD will refund the full amount, on new, unused items. Before returning any product, you must obtain authorization by contacting us by email one at Refund@mcserial.com

Microserial LTD will return the items incorrect or defective items for any Microserial LTD shipping error. Customers can expect to receive a refund within 2 weeks. This estimate includes the shipping time back to our company, an authorization check, and refund processing. Refunds can only be issued in the form of the original method of payment. If you receive an incorrect or defective item due to an error on our part and would like a replacement, Microserial LTD will return the incorrect item and ship the correct item out to the customer via E-mail. Subscriptions require a 60 day notice of cancellation.

For electronic delivery, Microserial LTD will process the product/license key through manufacturer verification to make sure the product has not yet been activated or tampered with. Once this verification process is complete and the product has passed, Microserial LTD will refund the purchase price of the product in the form of the original method of payment.

Microserial LTD has a $0 return policy on all Retail Licenses. Which means once we verify you have not used the license or it’s been activated – there is no return fees associated with your product returns.

However, our returns policy for the following licenses is enforced:

Microsoft Office 365 and Open Licenses are Non-Refundable. We are unable to send these keys back to Microsoft so we cannot refund any Office 365 purchases or Open Licenses.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellation of digital downloads once the product key has been activated or attempted to be activated on Microsoft Online

Shipping

If a purchase your product(s) and it states they have an electronic delivery method or download, you will receive the required product/license key in the email you registered with us the same day your order is confirmed.
